FROM MONDAY 5TH JANUARY 2026, ALL MEDICALS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT BLACKBUSHE AIRPORT.
Upon arrival please present yourself to the main Terminal Building (with control tower, East end of car park) at your booked appointment time and ring for Office 4 (Ward Aviation Medical) at the entrance on the runway side of the control tower. Please note that waiting space in the terminal building is very limited and therefore, if you arrive early, please consider either waiting in your car or visiting the cafe on site at the other end of the car park.
Please book online using the link at the bottom of this page (please scroll down). Appointments are bookable up to ninety days in advance. If you need to re-schedule a booked appointment, you can use the link on your booking confirmation email.
Please note that Initial/Extended Renewal Class 1 medicals (i.e. no previous UK Class 1 medical certificate issued in the last 5 years) must be undertaken at an Aeromedical Centre, details of which can be found on the CAA website.
You are required to complete a medical application form on-line (CAA on-line portal) and pay a CAA administration fee in advance of your appointment, for advice see here.
